SUP Fitness Paddle

Join us on the water as we work on improving our SUP technique and fitness!
We will do a quick warm-up and review tips and technique for efficient paddling and then head out for a paddle around the lake (a lap or two) working on our endurance and maintaining consistent technique for efficient and smooth paddling.
Each event we will work on different skills and also include some warm-up drills and exercises on land on on the board. Plan on a full body workout!
—–> This event is for women who have SUP experience and are looking to improve technique, speed and efficiency in the water.
This is NOT for beginners, if you have never been paddleboarding or cannot stand and paddle please sign up and complete our SUP basics skills clinic first: https://www.facebook.com/events/776718619938774/
Our goal for each session will be 1-2 miles including intervals to improve fitness, speed and endurance.
Regular sessions will be every other Friday morning and either Saturday or Sundays.

Lauren Jones is a Colorado native and has been participating in water sports since a child; white water rafting, kayaking, surfing and paddleboarding all over the world! She is a PSUPA certified instructor and has dabbled in river and lake SUP racing however she loves the adventure of a good river or ocean SUP adventure!
