Rush Cycle x Traverse Fitness are joining forces to bring you the most epic workout of the summer. 3 sessions across 3 months will have you sweating through 90 minutes of HIIT, spin, and yoga. 30 minutes of each discipline will build your STRENGTH, test your ENDURANCE, and bring peace to your SOUL.
WHEN: Saturday – June 26th / July 31st / August 28th
Check-in – 10:00AM / Classes Start – 10:30AM
WHERE: Traverse Fitness – 2449 S Broadway, Denver CO 80210
Take on 30min of HIIT / 30min of Cycling / 30min of Yoga then stick around after for drinks, snacks, and friends!
WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, water, and a smile. Cycle shoes will be provided.
PARKING: Street parking along S. Broadway or side streets. Parking log will be closed.
