Start your weekend off right with this fun and challenging Pilates flow. Pilates is a great mind and body practice that will make you focus on your breathing, controlled movements for targeted muscle contraction, move the spine in all directions, and feel your core burn!
I always add an aerobic component as well as some balance challenge.
This class is donation-based, payment to be made cash or via Venmo @Marie-Wittmann-1
You need a mat and a long theraband for this class.
