Explore mindfulness meditation in a relaxed setting with New Mindful Life.
This class a weekly drop-in for people who are looking to practice mindfulness meditation in nature and engage in dialogue about bringing mindfulness into every day life.
This class will be offered every first Saturday from[masked], and will consist of a 30-40 minute meditation that is followed by a dialogue/inquiry to the arisings from practice. A theme or contemplation for practice will be offered during the meditation that then is followed by an opportunity to more deeply integrate the insights from practice into everyday living.
