We will meet at the Chavez and Beaver Brook trail head just outside of Golden, CO, at 7a, Sunday May 2nd.
This beginner/intermediate level hike is about 5 miles long. We will begin our journey in meditative silence, pausing about halfway through to activate our voices, reflect experiences, and connect.
Please come as you are, prepared with comfortable hiking attire, water (snacks if you choose), a journal (optional), and an open mind ready to breathe in deeply and connect!
