Cooking Class – Sushi Skills 101

In this hands-on sushi-making class with Chef Zach, you will learn the basics and fundamental skills needed to prepare three different types of incredible sushi rolls in your own kitchen.
Chef Zach will begin by teaching the essentials, such as how to properly prepare sushi rice and knife skills. Then, you will learn how to craft your own uramaki California rolls with cucumber, avocado, and crab meat, temaki hand rolls with cucumber, avocado, and fresh seasonal fish, and finally, uramaki inside out rolls topped with fresh seasonal fish.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
