In this hands-on class, Chef Rodney uses his elegant three-course menu to transport you to France. French cuisine is something to be desired at any season, and this French cuisine-infused menu is no different.
Begin by creating a beautiful spread featuring savory smoked salmon pâté. For the main course, you will learn how to make a complete dish centered around pan-seared lamb chops. For dessert, a chocolate and raspberry souffle with refreshing raspberry chantilly cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
