I.D will be held until headset is returned. *** We ask all attendees to be courteous and respectful of others. Safety first. 1. ***By Purchasing Tickets. Customer agrees to assume all liability for injury, disability, and death of any persons and any injury to property to the extent arising from or caused by the Customer’s operating, handling, or transporting of the Equipment (Head-sets) during the duration of the event. Global BPM shall be not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind, including (without limitation) injury to persons or property, lost business, lost savings, lost data, and lost or anticipated profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss regardless of the cause and arising out of or related to the Event.2. ***Rentee will be responsible for the amount of headsets checked out during event. By purchasing Headset rentals. Rentee agrees to pay $70 per headset that is : ( Lost, Stolen or Damaged while under their possession ). I.D. and or Credit will be returned to rentee once all has been satisfied.3. *** By attending Global BPM events. Attendees give permission to Global BPM to use Pictures or Video content taken at the event for Global BPM’s Promotional and Marketing use on their social media platforms, print and email campaigns.
