Bring your sunscreen, beach towels, floaties, lawn chairs, and get ready to party on 4,000 sq ft of sand at the private lake house in Cherry Creek Reservoir.

Full-service cash bars, barbeque, indoor and outdoor seating available by reservations at all levels of the lake house. No outside food or beverages will be allowed

You can bring your own powerboat, jet ski, or spice up your 303 Beach Party experience by taking a spin on one of our captained pontoon boats for an hour with up to 9 friends for each beach party. Click the date to RSVP- Aug 1 | Aug 22 | Sep 12

Dayton St. Greenwood Village 80111 (Use the West Entrance on Dayton St. Into Cherry Creek State Park Reservoir Across From Cherry Creek High School. Turn East at the light before the dam road into the reservoir. ) Please allow 45 minutes for traffic getting into the reservoir
